Delete My Data
Last updated 15 June 2026.
Data on your phone
Your photos, the products on your shelf, your routine ticks, and your notes are stored locally on your device. There is no account and no Glaze server, so this data is never sent to us.
To remove it, you have two options:
- Delete the app. Uninstalling Glaze removes all of its local data from your phone.
- Clear app data. On Android, go to Settings, Apps, Glaze, Storage, then Clear data to wipe everything while keeping the app installed.
Once this is gone it cannot be recovered, so back up your phone first if you want to keep your history.
Data stored off your device
If you buy a Glaze subscription or the lifetime unlock, the purchase is handled by our payments provider, RevenueCat, on top of Google Play Billing. To keep your purchase working across reinstalls, RevenueCat stores a small record tied to an anonymous app ID:
- Your purchase history (which plan, when)
- An anonymous device or app identifier
This record holds nothing about your skin, your photos, or your identity. It is never used for advertising and is never sold.
How to request deletion of that record
To have your anonymous purchase record erased, send us a request through the contact form. You do not need an account or a reference number, just let us know you want your data deleted.
We action every request within 30 days. Note that deleting the purchase record may end your access to paid features on that device until you restore or buy again.
